Welcome to the MIND Diet
Resource Center

We cannot control everything when it comes to memory loss or cognitive decline, but there are small, meaningful steps we can take to support brain health today. One of those steps is the MIND Diet, a way of eating designed to help keep our minds stronger for longer.

The MIND Diet combines the best parts of the Mediterranean Diet and the DASH Diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension). It focuses on everyday foods like:

  • Leafy greens and berries
  • Nuts, olive oil, and whole grains
  • Fish, poultry, and non-starchy vegetables

It also encourages us to limit foods like red meat, fried foods, butter, and sweets. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Through easy cooking videos and printable guides, we’re here to help you bring these ideas to life at home. Whether you’re a caregiver, an older adult, or someone who wants to be more proactive about brain health, these resources are for you.
