These questions should ideally be answered by your Cincy Senior to help share their story, but if Alzheimer’s has limited the ability to do this, please feel free to answer with their story and voice in mind. Not all questions are required. Write as much or as little as you like and we may edit for length but will not alter content.

Who are you beyond dementia? Help readers get to know the person behind the story. Perhaps tell us about your family, career, passions, hobbies, what brings you joy, or what has shaped who you are today.
When and how did dementia become part of your story? You might share a meaningful moment, a challenge you've faced, a relationship that's changed, or an experience that has stayed with you.
