Honoring the humanity behind the dementia journey. Through stories, we hope to create understanding, reduce stigma, build connection, and remind people they are not alone.
Prefer to write?
We’ll provide guidance and optional prompts to help you tell your story in your own words. When you’re ready, you can submit your story along with photos you’d like to include.
Your voice matters. We’ll simply help prepare your story for publication while preserving what makes it yours.
Prefer to talk?
Not everyone enjoys writing and that’s perfectly okay.
Meet with one of our volunteer Story Guides by phone or video for about 45 minutes. They’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help capture your story in your own voice. We’ll draft your story, share it with you for review, and never publish anything without your approval.
Sometimes the best stories begin with a conversation.
